Our 30 year old furnace finally quit on us—two days before Thanksgiving. I called the The Heating and Cooling guys at 2 in the afternoon—they were able to get someone out to evaluate our needs that evening. The next day they had a crew at our house at 9AM, took out the old heating and cooling system and had a new one in by 6Pm that evening. They were quick, clean, pleasant and their price came in nearly $3k lower than Yes had quoted us—and the system was a higher grade and better brand. They let us know they’d be happy to come back if there were any issues. Best team in Utah valley.

From the time I spoke to Delores on the phone to get a quote, I knew they were going to be awesome to work with! She was amazing and got a quote sent out right away. I was absolutely greeted with professionalism. The quote looked great so I called to get the work scheduled. When AJ showed up at my door, I was greeted with professionalism and a great smile and kindness. Thought my furnace was dying because it wasn’t igniting reliably, so I called out a number of HVAC companies for new system bids and also repair bids. I was being quoted by other places that it would cost ~$1000 to replace the smart gas valve involved. But AJ knew about a little hidden adjustable gas valve for the igniter pilot, and he just turned up the flow of gas to my igniter and next thing I know my furnace is 100% back in business. No exorbitant repair bill, and I don’t have to replace the whole system either. I had like 6 other HVAC companies out before this one, and none of the other ones knew or told me I could just adjust the flow of gas to the igniter. These guys saved me a crapton of money. I needed AC in an exterior building and what I wanted ended up not being a job for them in the end but they took the time to figure out what I needed and what was best for me even after the fact that they knew I would not be paying them. Very very great customer service.

This is the second time I’ve used these guys. They are great to work with. They keep their word and get things done right the first time. I had the install a new AC and Heater unit, and it is working like a champ!
